The National Citizens Police Academy Association was established in 2000 for the blah

SECTION 1.  
The name of this association shall be the National Citizens’ Police Academy Association, hereinafter referred to as the Association.

SECTION 2.           

The Board of Directors may establish and maintain an address of record at a location to be selected by the Board and may change that location upon notice by Association letter.
