Purposes

SECTION 1.
The purpose of the National Citizen Police Academy Association shall be to promote the professional development of information, instruction, guidance and assistance to Public Safety Agencies and Citizens involved or interested in the Citizen Police Academy concept.

SECTION 2.

          
The Association is formed for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes.
