Meetings

SECTION 1.  
The National Citizen Police Academy conference will be an Annual meeting of the Association.  Meetings will occur once annually.

SECTION 2.  
The presence of not less than twenty percent of the Members In Good Standing will constitute a quorum and will be necessary to conduct the business of the Association.

SECTION 3.  
The Nominating Committee chair will be appointed at National membership meeting by the Board of Directors. 

SECTION 4.  
Nominations from the floor for Association Directors and election of said officers/directors will take place at the National membership meeting.
