Committees
SECTION 1.
Operating Procedures and Guidelines will be established by the Board of Directors and documented in writing for all committees of the Association. These procedures and guidelines will be revised and kept operational depending on current need. A copy of each procedure and guideline will be submitted to the Secretary of the Association and published for the Membership.

The standing committees of the Association will be:

I. TRAINING AND CONFERENCE

L. RECRUITING AND SELECTION (RECRUIT, REVIEW AND APPROVE QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR THE C.P.A.)
M. SPEAKER’S FORUM
This Association shall be governed by common accord.
Disputes will be handled in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order (Newly Revised)
