Amendments

SECTION 1.  
These Bylaws may be altered, amended or repealed at Annual membership meeting of the Association provided the amendments have been submitted in writing previous to Annual membership meeting.  The adoption of any alteration(s) or amendment(s) will require a two-thirds affirmative vote of the quorum of members in good standing present.
